Manage and further develop the company’s quality management system.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and IATF standards.
Prepare and follow up on PPAPs (PSW, CP, FMEA, PFD, etc.) and APQPs according to customer specifications.
Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure effective and timely solutions.
Monitor non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external quality audits, including follow-up actions.
Develop work instructions and guide employees in applying quality standards.
Support quality control activities and product release for shipment.
You hold a higher technical degree.
You have several years of relevant experience, preferably in the metal industry.
Experience with IATF is an advantage but not required — we provide training and support.
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, thriving in complex situations.
